The same high quality, high service level approach applies to our exterior survey business. Recommended for homes valued at $500,000 or less, Castle’s exterior survey report provides a minimum of four photos of the home, measurements, replacement cost valuation, and details regarding any underwriting concerns.

Castle’s exterior survey for condition only provides a minimum of four photos of the home and details regarding any underwriting concerns.

 

Supplements

Additional Supplements include Brush/Wildfire, Woodstove, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating, Earthquake, and Fire Protection. Specialty Supplements are available upon request.
